About you
You will ideally have experience working in a similar role where you have worked to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 3PL market. Not only will you be great at conducting market research to assess industry trends, competitor offerings, and market gaps, allowing the company to expand and remain competitive but you will be brilliant at building your network and supporting the customer relationships
Your skills and experience
- It is likely you will have experience in a business development or sales role within a logistics supply chain business.
- Understanding of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and industry trends.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- You may also have, although not essential experience of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
